CytoFLEX SRT Cell Sorter è un sorter da banco in grado di soddisfare un'ampia gamma di esigenze di sorting. Come la Piattaforma CytoFLEX, include tecnologie innovative che semplificano la configurazione e il funzionamento, consentendo ai ricercatori di concentrarsi sul lavoro di ricerca. Quando completamente attivata, la serieViolet-Blue-Yellow Green-Red (V-B-Y-R) dispone di 15 detectors. La versione base dispone di 5 laser; possono essere aggiunti su richiesta ulteriori laser e detector. È stato progettato per sorting complessi permettendo sorting con impostazioni differenti su ognuno dei 4 canali, compresa la possibilità di rilevare gli errori di sorting su uno degli altri canali. È possibile aggiungere il Biosafety Cabinet che  include la possibilità di espulsione degli aerosol. In alternativa, è disponibile una Aerosol Evacuation Unit indipendente.

The CytoFLEX nano analyzer utilizes  CytExpert for CytoFLEX Acquisition and Analysis Software and has the ability to count, size, and characterize EVs using a single technique, propelling your research forward.

Particle size determination by flow cytometry requires calibration using an appropriately characterized reference particle paired with a calibration method. Latex polystyrene particles are the tool of choice for this task due to their NIST-traceable nature and reliably consistent manufacturing. Through the calibration method taught to each CytoFLEX nano flow cytometer customer, data will be reliably reportable in absolute units for method comparison and correlation. The most robust counting methods rely on highly controlled volumetric delivery of samples rather than hand loading samples with the implied variability. The CytoFLEX nano flow cytometer allows users to customize their sample handling so that the right amount of sample is used for the results needed. The ability to describe nanoscale particles requires best-in-class sensitivity. To make this possible, the CytoFLEX nano flow cytometer has completely redesigned the optics and fluidics system to maximize the detection of even the smallest amounts of fluorescence across 6 detection channels and excited by 4 collinear lasers.

Tested with 144 nm QC Scatterspheres on 3 units under the conditions: record 3 minutes at the sample flow rates of 1µL/min, 2µL/min, 3µL/min, 4µL/min, 5µL/min, 6µL/min respectively, repeat 5 times, then calculate the average total events for each speed, then compare the calculated volumetric counting accuracy with the theoretical total events ( the known concentration 1.3*10 8 x volume).
