The CytoFLEX SRT V5-B2-Y5-R3 benchtop cell sorter includes innovative technologies to simplify setup and operation, empowering investigators to focus on research questions. It has 4 active lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 638 nm) and 15 active fluorescence detectors. It includes 15 repositionable bandpass filters, 450/45, 525/40 (2), 585/42, 610/20 (2), 660/10 (2), 675/30, 690/50, 710/50, 712/25, and 780/60 (3). The complete system is supplied with computer work station with CytExpert for CytoFLEX SRT software and a fluidics cart that includes the sheath tank, a cleaning fluid container, and a waste container.
